Message	pull the engine out of the car to service the turbos. This won't be an issue if he's pretty shop capable - otherwise beside the turbos there's the added cost of having a shop do this. Folks here can tell you more about this if you're wondering about shop costs??? PS - Some have replaced the turbos w/out pulling the engine, but many on this forum wouldn't do it that way (due to difficulty and tight space).
